apibrėžtis Su projekto vykdytoju ar partneriu darbo ar civiliniais teisiniais santykiais (pavyzdžiui, paslaugų sutartimi) susijęs asmuo, vykdantis projekto administravimo funkciją, bet ne tiesiogines projekto veiklas. Prie projektą administruojančių asmenų gali būti priskiriami asmenys, vykdantys projekto vadovo, koordinatoriaus, projekto finansininko, asmens, atsakingo už projekto stebėseną, viešųjų pirkimų specialisto ir pan. funkcijas. Asmenys atliekantys nuolatinę projekto veiklų įgyvendinimo priežiūrą, projekto metu sukurtų produktų ir rezultatų kokybės kontrolę, turėtų būti laikomi projektą administruojančiais asmenimis.
